HELP!

Hi guys. I'm a new Fusion owner/user, and I have only barely begun to just scratch the surface of what it can do. I don't have a hard copy of the manual which is really presenting a problem too. At the moment my specific trouble is that I can't figure out how to sample some audio from my recording unit into the Fusion. Any help and anyone willing to walk me through some basic steps of Fusion sampling would be more appreciated than I can put into words. Thanks!
